We guarentee your satisfaction with the quality of all of our work. If you are not satisfied, simply return the materials to us, and we will grant you a full refund.
If the product is digital (audio CD, DVD, design files, etc.) we can not offer you a refund. However, we will do everything we can to alter the finished product until it meets your expectations.
Some of the services we offer require our clients to send materials to us in the mail. Be advised that there is always some risk of damage or loss when sending materials in the mail. We are not liable if any damage occurs or the package is lost. If you are sending us materials of any kind we urge you to insure your package. This has the added security of us signing for the package upon reciept, thereby certifying delivary.
Before sending analog sources to us we recommend making copies of all materials if possible. The decision is up to you whether to send us the originals or the copies. If you send us the copies be advised that the quality of our finished product will not be as high as if you were to send the originals. If you are sending us a data CD/DVD, make sure another copy of the files exists somewhere. Either on your PC or on another CD/DVD.
Any materials submitted to Foothills Studios for any reason during the fulfillment of an order shall remain the property of the submittee. This material will never be used for any other purpose beyond fulfillment of the order. Materials sent to us will be either destroyed after project completion, or returned to the submittee at an additional charge. We may waive this charge at our discretion depending on the nature of the project.
The client shall hold all copyrights in association with any orders (except for songs written, produced, and arranged by Foothills Studios). The client shall be free to reprint, scan, reproduce, and distribute all materials obtained through Foothills Studios where copyright law permits.
Previously copyrighted material such as music, video, or images can not be used to fulfill an order unless paid for by the client. Be advised that "Fair Use" of copyrighted material provides for a very limited amount of reproduction rights. Please contact us if you are unsure of the legal issues involved with copyrighted material.
Your privacy is very important to us. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared or sold to third parties, and we do not reserve the right to alter this policy. |
